Image Usage & DMCA Policy

How you can use PfpNinja images, and how rights holders can ask us to remove content.

We respect creators and intellectual property. This page explains what you can and can’t do with our images, and how to send us a removal request if you believe something on PfpNinja uses your work or trademark.

How You Can Use Our Images

You may

 ✓   Use an image as your own profile picture on Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Xbox, Roblox and other accounts

 ✓   Use it as a wallpaper on your own phone or computer

 ✓   Share a link to the PfpNinja page where you found it

 ✓   Crop it or add a border for your own profile

You may not

 ✕   Sell, resell or license the images

 ✕   Print them on merchandise such as shirts, stickers, mugs or phone cases

 ✕   Re-upload our collections to another website, app or image library

 ✕   Use them in ads, logos or brand accounts, or mint them as NFTs

How Our Images Are Made

Our images are original works created by the PfpNinja team with digital design and AI-assisted tools, then reviewed by hand. We don’t knowingly copy official artwork, screenshots or other creators’ work. Collections inspired by existing characters are fan art, and all related names and trademarks belong to their owners (see our Disclaimer).

How to Send a Removal Request (DMCA)

If you own a copyright or trademark and believe content on PfpNinja infringes it, email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:

  1. Your full name, company (if any), postal address and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is being infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on pfpninja.com where the content appears, and which image(s).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

 ✓   We confirm receipt within 2 business days.

 ✓   If the notice is complete, we remove or disable the content, usually within 3 business days.

 ✓   We may contact you if we need more information.

 ✓   If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address with the same details.

We may also remove any image at our own discretion if a rights holder raises a reasonable concern, even without a formal notice.
